Phone & Email Coaching

Using the telephone can be an effective method of coaching. It saves you time and energy as an efficient way of “meeting”.

Telephone coaching can be less stressful and inconvenient for you than going to yet another meeting!

 

 

Many clients choose to work with us via regular telephone sessions usually 30-45 minutes a session. All sessions are confidential.

Sessions can be spaced to suit you, though many choose to have one a month.

Using telephone coaching allows you to be in a location to suit your professional and personal needs.

You can also have the opportunity to book a face-to-face session if required.

And like all the other forms of coaching we undertake, you are supported with email contact as required.
